Your First Laundry Bag
For Your First Pickup
Please use a 13-gallon kitchen bag marked with your name and "For Cozy Home Services". Bags larger than this will be charged for more than one bag, depending on volume.
Avoid Hampers & Boxes
We ask that you do not use hampers or boxes, as they might get damaged during transportation.
Your Reusable Bag
You'll receive your very own reusable organic bag(s) with your second delivery, personalized with your name for all future pickups.
For the best experience, make sure your laundry is ready and accessible at the beginning of your scheduled pickup window.
Our drivers begin their routes as early as 7 a.m. and may continue making pickups and deliveries into the evening.
We'll notify you by email, text, or through the app (depending on your preferences) of your driver's arrival status.
Please be aware that our drivers may contact you from their personal cell phone when they arrive to ensure a smooth pickup.
Special Instructions for Smooth Servive
If our driver needs any special instructions to find your laundry – or access information like gate or key codes – make sure to include that information in your account.
Add these details in the "Add Notes" section of your account to ensure our drivers can access your location efficiently.
Clear instructions help us provide timely service and ensure your laundry is picked up without any complications. This is especially important for apartments, gated communities, or office buildings.

Detergent & Softener
Choose your preferred detergent and fabric softener options from our selection of premium and hypoallergenic products.
Drying Preferences
Specify your drying preferences including temperature settings and whether certain items should be air-dried.
Folding Style
Let us know how you prefer your clothes to be folded and organized for delivery.
We promise to do your laundry exactly the way you want it done. Take a minute to review all your preferences in your account settings. Have additional concerns? Let us know in the "Add Note" section of your order.
Communication Throughout the Process
We Keep You Updated
We understand that communication is critical, which is why we provide frequent reminders and updates throughout the laundry process.
You'll receive notifications when:
- Your pickup is scheduled
- Your driver is on the way
- Your laundry has been picked up
- Your clean laundry is out for delivery
- Your delivery has been completed
Choose your preferred communication method: email, app notifications, or text messages.
Handling Stubborn Stains
Separate Bag
If you have stained clothing, please place it in a separate "Special Attention" bag to ensure it receives proper treatment.
Add a Note
Include details about the stains in the "Add Note" section of your order so we'll know to give these items extra attention.
Pre-treatment
If possible, pretreat the stain before pickup as this gives us the best chance of removing it completely.
While we can’t guarantee removal of all stains, our professional team uses industry-leading techniques to give your clothes the best possible care.
